Auction Buying-Easy Steps

Step 3.......... Final process shipping your vehicle

Step 1: Enter the auction and target your Vehicle.

Please visit our live auction houses like, USS Auto Auction, GAO Auto Auction etc,and check the available vehicles. Let us know your target vehicle's specification details, and send us the following

Necessary specification details below:

(a) Auction name and location of auction
(b)Lot Number
(c) Date of auction
(d)Name of the vehicle

Customer information :

(a) Your full name
(b) Country
(c) Address
(d) Telephone number
(e) E-mail
(f) Port of discharge

Note: Please be sure to write the following fields and send us your maximum bid price not later than 11 PM of the day before auction.

The Vehicle Check

We Request our customers to check the vehicle's condition on the auction sheet, however once, we received your direction about bid on, and our technical staff check vehicle condition, about exterior, interior, engine condition, aircon, electric parts and so on. If the vehicle has serious damage, we don't bid on the vehicle in order to avoid customer's risk.

Step 2: Send a Deposit.

We will need your deposit to begin bidding at the auction. Deposits can be completed by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or Western Union. We require a copy of the deposit transfer for our records.

Bidding Under 1,500,000 yen 100,000 yen
Bidding Over 1,500,001 yen 200,000 yen

 

Deposit :
Your initial deposit is refundable upon final payment. Only a 5000 yen bank fee will be deducted.

Please Note:
Your deposit is fully refundable. When a deposit is refunded, a standard bank fee will be deducted. An unsuccessful bid charge (1000 Yen per bid) will also be deducted from the deposit.

After the auction:

You will then be notified with the results of the auction via e-mail. If your bid was successful, you will then need to send the balance of your payment (by T/T Telegraphic Transfer) along with a copy of the transfer. If your bidding was not successful, we can continue to bid for you at following auctions.

Please Note:

If your bid is successful, the balance of the payment is required within five business days including the date of the auction. Your deposit is non refundable if a payment is not made within this time frame.


How to make the Payment of Deposit?

Please remit your deposit into our bank account by

1. T/T (Telegraphic Transfer).  Or  

2. Western union ( Payee : Mr.Kazufumi Kono, Tokyo, Japan. Other details on our Contact Us page)

After you make the payment, please send us a copy of the transfer by T.T. or Western Union immediately by Fax, so that we can confirm the payment.

Step 3: Final process shipping your vehicle :

Once your vehicle is procured, we book the first available vessel to your desired destination. The export process usually takes between 2 to 5 weeks. After the vessel leaves Japan, we will mail you any vital documents (ie. de-registration sheet, B/L, purchase invoice, etc).


Services, before shipping (OPTIONAL)

Actual test drive, maintenance, repair, respray, Modify and parts installation, JAAI inspection, vehicle polish, for these services, the customer can save time after import. Necessary cost depends on request details.
